AMENDMENT 0001 POSTED 7/18/2020 - SEE ATTACHMENTS The Commission has published a number of reports in order to provide open and transparent financial markets. While the Commission has been publishing these reports for a long time, with the new OPEN Data Government Data Act, it is the Commission’s desire to find a single location where this data can be available in a machine-readable form for the public. The Commission is seeking a Software-As-A-Service vendor who can provide a website where the Commission can publish its data and make the data available to market participants and the public. The vendor shall provide a website, a data storage environment, and the appropriate services to meet the requirements described in the attached solicitation.
