The Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) intends to issue a sole source purchase order to lease parking spaces located in the building of the CFTC Headquarters at 1155 21st Street, NW, Washington, DC. The current parking spaces available are located directly in/under the building and are managed by LAZ Parking. The contractor is the only source that can provide the service. The purchase order will be for a period of performance of one (1) year, 11/1/2019 through 10/31/2020. Pursuant to FAR 13.106-1(b), the Contracting Officer hereby determines that circumstances of the procurement deem only one source reasonably available to fulfill CFTC's requirement.
