The Commodity Futures Trading Commission ("CFTC") intends to negotiate/award a sole-source contract for up to three years (base year plus two one-year options) for the renewal of one hundred (100) TeamMate Audit Management Software and Maintenance (that includes, Risk-Based Auditing, Electronic Work-paper Management, Audit Issue Tracking, Audit Committee Reporting, and Time and Expense Reporting) licenses. CFTC currently uses the TeamMate software at its offices in Washington, DC and Chicago, IL. TeamMate is proprietary software that is only provided by the manufacturer, Wolters Kluwer Financial Services, Inc. DBA Wolters Kluwer. TeamMate Audit Management is designed to increase efficiency and productivity during the internal audit process, including: risk assessment, scheduling, planning, execution, review, report generation, trend analysis, audit committee reporting and storage. This notice does not constitute a solicitation for offers and, as such, no solicitation is available. However, the Government will consider responses from all responsible sources received by the date and time identified in this posting. Written responses must include sufficient information to establish capability to fulfill the requirement. Any responses received will only be considered for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement in lieu of the sole source described in this notice, and such determination shall be made at the sole discretion of CFTC.
