Architect of the Capitol (AOC) Renewable Energy Certificate (Credit)
The Architect of the Capitol (AOC), Supplies, Services, and Material Management Division seeks proposals for Renewable Energy Certificates/Credits (RECs) for the Capitol Power Plant (CPP). It anticipates a Firm Fixed Price contract to a responsible quoter registered in SAM whose quotation provides best value under the Statement of Work and AOC negotiated acquisition procedures. The contract period of performance is one base year plus four option years from award. Required submissions include technical acceptability documentation, completed renewable-energy supplier/certification/calculation forms, a pricing sheet, signed SF-33 and Section K, and any signed SF-30 amendments, with quotations accepted by email only. Evaluation will consider technical acceptability and pricing.
