This is a Request for Proposal for Senate Food and Related Services for the United States Senate under the Architect of the Capitol. A Pre-proposal Conference and Walk-through of Senate facilities will be held on Monday, April 27, 2026. The performance of services will take place at Senate facilities. Questions regarding the RFP are requested by Friday, April 24 at 12:00 pm ET, and the final proposal submission is due Wednesday, May 20 at 12:00 pm ET. Proposals must be submitted via the AOC's Secure File Transfer Site, Kiteworks.
