In addi... The Architect of the Capitol (AOC) manages food services on behalf of the United States Senate. The Senate dining operations are unique given the congressional environment in which they exist. In addition to the historical and architectural value, the food services requested under the resulting contract will provide Members of Congress, their staff, supporting agencies, and visitors with a convenient solution and facilitate the legislative and representational work of Congress. The AOC seeks a Contractor who is cognizant of the challenges and uniqueness of the Senate environment, its diverse populations, and everyday food operational needs to support Congress. Interested contractors will provide a food service concept to the Dirksen Ground Level Food Service Unit as described in this solicitation.
