The Architect of the Capitol is seeking technical qualifications and associated price quotes for waste collection and recycle services. The Contractor shall furnish all supplies, equipment, labor and services necessary for the collection of wastes and shipment to a Waste to Energy facility, including but not limited to, stray recyclable materials, building debris, and bulk items.
