The Architect of the Capitol (AOC), Supplies, Services, and Material Management Division (SSMMD) is issuing Request for Proposal (RFP) # AOCSSB22R0045 for Scaffold Services. It is anticipated that this RFP will result in a single-award IDIQ with Firm Fixed Price and Labor Hour Task Orders to a responsible offeror actively registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and whose proposal provides the overall best value to the AOC in accordance with the requirements set forth by this solicitation and the Statement of Work (SOW). This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) codes for this requirement is 238990 – All Other Specialty Trade Contractors. The Product Service Code is N054 – Installation of Equipment – Prefabricated Structures and Scaffolding. The IDIQ ordering period will be one (1) base year and four (4) one-year options, for a total of five (5) years from the date of award if all options are exercised. FAR 52.217-8 applies at the IDIQ level, if FAR 52.217-8 is exercised for 6 months after option ordering period 4 the total duration of the IDIQ ordering period will be for 5 years and 6 months.
