The Architect of the Capitol (AOC) requires Facilities Management, Maintenance, and Support Services for the Library of Congress Packard Campus Audio Visual Conservation (PCAVC) located in Culpeper, Virginia. The PCAVC develops, preserves and provides broad access to a comprehensive and valued collection of the world’s audiovisual heritage for the benefit of Congress and the nation’s citizens. The facility stores collections in temperature and humidity controlled spaces and provides standard office work space for approximately 140 people. The facility includes film preservation laboratory and inspection areas, sound studios, film screening areas, meeting spaces, kitchenettes, fitness area, restrooms, storage areas, a loading dock and a public theater. The Contractor shall provide all management, supervision, labor, materials, supplies, repair parts, tools and equipment and shall plan, schedule, coordinate and assure effective performance of all services described in the Statement of Work, Section C.
