The Architect of the Capitol is seeking a single contractor for a $150,000,000 Single Award Task Order Contract for multi-disciplinary maintenance, repair, and minor construction, primarily for security projects. The contract includes a one-year base period with four one-year options, and individual task orders will range from $50,000 to $10,000,000. Work will be performed in the Washington DC Metropolitan area, with most projects in Washington, DC. The selected contractor must maintain a Top-Secret Facility Site Clearance, and key personnel must have active security clearances.
