Please note RFI #1 and response. Update to Attachment 1 Section L Paragraph 3.6.3.1 was also made. This is not called out to indicate this is the only change made in this amendment. Offerors are responsible for reviewing all updated docs. However, an e-mail from those offerors who intend to submit a proposal is needed in order to set up accounts in E-Builder.
