The Architect of the Capitol (AOC) has issued a sources-sought notice, not a solicitation, to identify potential sources capable of fully satisfying a potential requirement; no quotes are requested or accepted, no contract will be awarded, and no reimbursement or feedback will be provided. The Performance Work Statement is attached to the announcement. Interested contractors are asked to indicate whether they would submit a quotation if an RFQ is issued, whether they can perform under a GSA Schedule (including contract number and SIN), any questions for the Government, and examples of same/similar contracts completed or ongoing within the past three years with awarded dollar amounts. Responses must be submitted electronically to the Contracting Officer; hand-delivered or mailed responses to any location in the U.S. Capitol Complex will be rejected. All submitted information becomes Government property and will not be returned.
