This is a sources sought/RFI for market research only, not a solicitation, for a future firm-fixed-price contract to supply Renewable Energy Credits (RECs) to the Architect of the Capitol. The requirement is for 20,000 MWh of Green-e certified RECs per year for a base period of one year plus four one-year options, with performance from September 28, 2026 through September 27, 2031 if all options are exercised. The RECs must meet EISA 2007 renewable energy compliance goals and support LEED certification, with no geographic restrictions on the renewable sources. The contractor must provide annually verified reports and comply with attestation, documentation, and delivery requirements.
