The Architect of the Capitol (AOC) is conducting market research via a Sources Sought notice for a firm-fixed-price contract to supply Renewable Energy Credits (RECs). The contractor would provide 20,000 MWh annually for a base year and four one-year option periods, with performance running from September 28, 2026, through September 27, 2031, if options are exercised. RECs must be Green-e certified and meet EISA 2007 renewable energy requirements for AOC facilities, including support for LEED credits. An annual renewable report verified by an independent third party is required. Interested parties may respond to the RFI to indicate their capability.
