Responses to th... THIS SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE IS ISSUED SOLELY FOR INFORMATIONAL AND PLANNING PURPOSES AND DOES NOT CONSTITUTE A SOLICITATION. No formal solicitation documents exist at this present time. Responses to this Sources Sought notice will be utilized by the Government to make appropriate acquisition decisions. After review of the responses to this Sources Sought notice, a solicitation announcement may be published via SAM.gov | Contract Opportunities. This notice constitutes market research for Google Street View (GSV) services under NAICS code 541921. The American Battle Monuments Commission (ABMC) is seeking vendors capable of 360-degree imagery and producing high-resolution virtual tours via Google Maps. Potential vendors would also be tasked with implementing project management services to develop and publish GSV experiences for all its sites; including 26 cemeteries, 32 federal memorials, monuments, and markers located within the United States, 17 foreign countries, the U.S. Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, and the British Dependency of Gibraltar (Cemeteries & Memorials | American Battle Monuments Commission (abmc.gov)). ABMC is looking for potential vendors who can: Provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, other items, and non-personnel services necessary to perform the work. Work collaboratively with the ABMC Public Affairs team and other identified stakeholders as prescribed by the Public Affairs Director and/or Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR). Provide the appropriate team and comprehensive strategy to fulfill this requirement. Preferably have the capability to conduct multiple imagery shoots and manage multiple virtual tours in post-production simultaneously. Estimated magnitude of project: $500,000 - $1,000,000 REQUESTED INFORMATION.
