ABMC is seeking information from vendors capable of providing cellular services for locations identified in an appendix, with proposals for all or some locations welcome. This is a sources-sought RFI only, and no contract will be awarded at this stage. Vendors must review the draft PWS and submit a brief capabilities statement outlining their ability to deliver services, including coverage, plans, pricing, and value-added offerings. The statement must clearly indicate which specific locations the vendor can and cannot service.
