The American Battle Monuments Commission (ABMC) will be soliciting for a competitive, multi-discipline Architect-Engineer (A-E) services contract for 15% design and other supporting services in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Part 36.6. More than one contract may be awarded from this notice. Anticipated award date is February 2023. The primary North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) is 541330 - size standard is $22.5M. The contract will consist of a five year ordering period. Cumulative amount of each award will not exceed $6,000,000.00 over the life of the contract combined. Work will be issued by negotiated firm-fixed-price task orders. Task orders will be issued as the need arises, during the ordering period. Individual task order values may range from a minimum of $2,000.00 to a maximum of $500,000.00. The guaranteed minimum dollar amount per contract is anticipated to be $5,000.
