No formal solicitation documents exist at this present time. Responses to this Sources Sought notice will be utilized by the Government to make appropriate acquisition decisions. After review of the responses to this Sources Sought notice, a solicitation announcement may be published via SAM.gov | Contract Opportunities. This notice constitutes market research for Global Mobile Phone Services Consolidation (GSV) services under NAICS code 517312. The American Battle Monuments Commission (ABMC) is seeking vendors capable of consolidating wireless services where ABMC operate. Potential vendors would also be tasked with aggregating Tier 1 wireless services carriers and providing a one-stop-shop portal for all agency cellular needs; implementing project management services to actively manage service level agreements; and manage carriers servicing 26 cemeteries, 32 federal memorials, monuments, and markers located within the United States, 17 foreign countries, the U.S. Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, and the British Dependency of Gibraltar (Cemeteries & Memorials | American Battle Monuments Commission (abmc.gov)). ABMC is looking for potential vendors who can: Provide comprehensive commercial cellular wireless managed services to include: managed services; a web portal for device ordering and management; cellular wireless equipment and devices; and cellular service. The services shall include access to multiple carriers to include Verizon, T-Mobile, AT&T, Sprint, local and regional providers in all areas where ABMC operates, and all licenses via existing Government contracts. Provide support services including: 4G/5G Cellular Network Coverage Cellular Wireless Management Portal Wireless Devices and Accessories Transition In/Out Services Standard Technical Support & Servicing Provide cell phones capable of: Running 4G and 5G networks, Meet FIPS 140-2/3 certifications, Meet Common Criteria (ISO/IEC 15408) Fully compatible with Microsoft Intune Endpoint Device Management (EDM) MAGNITUDE. Estimated magnitude of project: $100,000 - $250,000 per calendar year. REQUESTED INFORMATION.
