As part of ABMC’s IT equipment lifecycle management, the agency is replacing approximately one-third of its computers every year, and this year’s ABMC D-Day 80 event. The new computers will be shipped to ABMC’s locations around the world as outlined in the sections below. To facilitate timely and efficient delivery to OCONUS destinations, the Contractor shall follow specific requirements such as having the destination country’s US Embassy as the consignee for all ABMC hardware. More details are outlined attached, and the Contractor shall discuss them with ABMC Contracting Officer Representative (COR) before shipment of hardware to prevent shipping delays due to customs.
