Yarmouk Water Company invites interested bidders to bid for the contract No. YWC-FARA 5- 6/2021 “Supply , install and commission a new Zabdad-Hofa water transmission pipeline: 1- Interested eligible bidders are invited to purchase the full set of the tender documents from YWC offices at Irbid- Bagdad street for the non-refundable fee of (250) two hundred and fifty Jordanian Dinars. During working hours (9:00 – 15:00) Sunday to Thursday. The document should be collected by an authorized representative. 2- Interested bidders shall bring valid professional practice certificate and commerce chamber registration and the company register. 3- Bidders shall comply with USAID code #937. 4- The last day for the tender document purchasing is Sunday, January 24, 2021 at 15:30. 5- The deadline for submission of bids is Sunday, January 31, 2021 at 11:00. 6- Bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders’ representatives who choose to attend by the special tendering committee, at Yarmouk Water Company offices. 7- Tender advertisement costs, whatever they repeat, will be borne by the winning bidder. 8- The bidder shall submit his offer in two separate sealed envelopes (financial and technical), each envelope shall be labelled with the name and number of the bid, the name of the tenderer,the phone number and the words Technical propsal or Finacial propsal. 9- The bidder must attach a bank guarantee or a certified check to sealed separate envelope in the amount and valdity as stated in the tender documents with specifying the number and name of the tender on the envelope and deposited with the submitted offer.. 10- Technical offers for the Bidders, who submitted an accepted bid gurantee, will be evaluated first, according to the following Pass/Fail criteria: ? The bidder shall submit at least two (2) similar projects excuted and completed within the last 10 years. , The construction value for each project shall be not less than (500,000) Jordanian dinars. The Bidder shall provide supprotive documens for his simillar projects. ? Attaching proof of good achievement from the employer for similar projects. ? The Bidder shall submit with his offer the following personnel, with detailed CVs and experience records, as a minimum to superintend the execution of the Work provided this these personnel shall be fully occupied to work at the Site throughout the execution of the Project and they shall have the qualifications and experience as listed below in similar projects: ? Project manager: general experience of at least (15) years, of which (5) years experience in similar projects. ? Civil engineer (5) years of experience in similar projects. ? Experience surveyor (10) years for similar projects. ? Provide a methodology which the Bidder proposes to implement for the construction of the Works, and how he will meet the Employer’s objective and requirements. . ? Provide a proposed program for carrying out the Works within the Time for Completion in the the form of a bar chart showing the critical path. ? After passing the technical evaluation criteria (pass / fail), the financial offers will be opened for those who are technically qualified. 11. The date for the site visit is scheduled on Monday, January 25,2021, from the Technical Affairs offices - Hofa at 09:00am.
