Purchasing Mobile Workshop Units and Equipment for Leak Detection and Network Maintenance Contract No: YWC-FARA 5-4.1&4.2/2020 (For third time) Milestone 4: Improve Network Maintenance Capacity Item 4.1: Purchasing Mobile Workshop Units and Equipment for Leak Detection and Network Maintenance Item 4.2: Supply of Maintenence and Leak Detection Equipment Yarmouk Water Company invites interested bidders to bid for contract No. YWC-FARA 5-1.4&4.2/2020: “Purchasing Mobile Workshop Units for Leak Detection and Network Maintenance, and Supply of Maintenance and Leak Detection Equipment,” under the following conditions: 1- Interested bidders are invited to pick full tender documents from YWC offices at Irbid- Bagdad Street. During working hours (9:00 – 15:00), Sunday to Thursday. 2- Interested bidders shall bring a valid professional practice certificate and commerce chamber registration, and the company register. 3- Eligible bidders will be required to pay (150.000) one hundred and fifty Jordanian Dinars as a non-refundable price prior to receiving the tender documents. 4- The deadline for the tender document purchasing is Wednesday, October 20, 2021. 5- The deadline for submission of bids is Wednesday, October 27, 2021. 6- The procurements, shipping, and all services under this contract should comply with USAID requirements and regulations. 7- The USAID geographic code 000 conditions are applied for Mobile Workshop units for this contract. 8- The USAID geographic code 937 conditions are applied for bidders and equipment for this contract. https://www.usaid.gov/sites/default/files/documents/1876/310maa.pdf. https://www.usaid.gov/sites/default/files/documents/1864/310mac.pdf. 9- Bids will be opened in front of interested bidders by the special tendering committee at the Yarmouk Water Company offices. 10- Tender advertisement costs will be borne by the winning bidder.
