USAID/Ghana Health Population and Nutrition Office seeks feedback on the draft Statement of Objectives (SOO) of an anticipated Request for Proposal for the implementation of the Resilience in Northern Ghana (RING) II - Systems Strengthening activity. The purpose of the RING II - Systems Strengthening is to strengthen service delivery systems in order to elicit the adoption of behaviors that promote nutrition and resilience of poor and food-insecure households in northern Ghana. This is NOT a Request for Proposal (RFP), and is NOT to be construed as a commitment by the U.S. Government to issue a RFP, or ultimately an award, or to pay for any information voluntarily submitted as a result of this request.
