The U.S. Agency for International Development, Mission South Sudan (USAID/South Sudan) intends to issue a Contract Modification per AIDAR 706.302-70(b)(5) to extend the Period of Performance (PoP) of the USAID/South Sudan Monitoring and Evaluation Support Project (MESP) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract #AID-668-I-13-00001) by approximately three (3) months from September 30, 2021, to December 31, 2021, and increase the Total Estimated Cost (TEC) by about $4.65 million increasing the TEC from $32.6M to $37.25M.
