The United States Agency for International Development (USAID) intends to release a solicitation to provide support for USAID/Mali. USAID/Mali intends to solicit a contract that will be awarded through a competitive process. The MEL Platform will assist USAID/Mali and its partners to generate empirical data and to foster learning and knowledge management through a participatory process in order to support stronger results and improve evidence-based programming. Additionally, this award will provide services to strengthen USAID/Mali’s monitoring, evaluation and learning capabilities, and other targeted local partners and Government of Mali (GOM) stakeholders. Activities under this Contract may include: Supporting monitoring services through a Third-Party Monitoring (TPM) mechanism; Conducting evaluation services and surveys; and Providing support for the collaboration, learning and adaptive management and Communication Services. USAID intends to issue a cost-plus-fixed-fee (CPFF) completion type contract with a period of performance of 60 months using full and open competition. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is expected to be 541990, with an authorized geographic code of 935.
