The United States Agency for International Development in Jordan (USAID/Jordan) is seeking proposals from qualified organizations interested in providing technical assistance services required to implement the activity named “Water Governance Activity”. The details of this activity are defined in the Statement of Work (SOW) located in Section C of the attached Request for Proposal (RFP). This procurement will be conducted under full and open competition procedures, pursuant to Part 15 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) (48 CFR Chapter 1). The NAICS code is 541990. The authorized Geographic Code is 937. USAID anticipates awarding a cost plus fixed-fee completion-type contract as a result of this solicitation, covering an estimated period of five years with an estimated cost in the range of $30,000,000 and $35,000,000. Although an anticipated range is provided, this does not mean that Offerors should necessarily strive to meet the maximum amount. Offerors must propose costs that they believe are realistic and reasonable for the work.
