The United States Government, represented by the United States Agency for International Development’s Mission to Malawi (USAID/Malawi) invites offerors from eligible and interested consulting firms to submit an offer under the subject solicitation. USAID needs the services of a consulting firm to be providing retreat facilitation services for: the entire mission, senior management team, and each of the technical and support offices for USAID/Malawi. This Request for Quotations is issued as a full and open competition. USAID anticipates awarding one firm-fixed price contract to the successful offeror for a period of twelve months. Technical proposal and cost proposal in response to this solicitation are due by electronic mail to lilongweproc@usaid.gov not later than the date and time stated above. Offerors must clearly label their offer as “RFQ No: SOL-72061219Q00001 Staff Retreat Facilitator for USAID/Malawi.” USAID/Malawi will not pay for information submitted nor will it reimburse for costs incurred by an organization that elects to respond to this request. All costs associated with responding to this request will be solely at the Respondent's expense. USAID/Malawi is not obligated to procure any of the services described herein, nor should the release of this request be construed as such a commitment on the part of USAID/Malawi.
