STATEMENT OF WORK - SOL-656-20-00001 English Language Courses USAID is a U.S. Federal Agency operating in Mozambique as a part of the U.S. diplomatic mission. The objective of the solicitation is to obtain proposals for English Language Courses from the Beginners' Level to Post Advance Level. The Offeror shall develop Language Courses specifically: English for professional communication and occupational purposes for USAID staff of different levels. Qualification requirements for teachers vary considerably from place to place, however we will consider it necessary to be a native or non-native speakers of English and with a minimum of a TEFL (Teaching English as a Foreign Language) qualifications.
