Solicitation Number: SOL-263-15-000007 Workforce Improvement and Skill Enhancement (WISE) in Egypt Notice Type: Pre-solicitation Added: March 25, 2019 The United States Agency for International Development (USAID) Egypt, intends to do a one year funded extension award to MTC International Development Holding Co. LLC., 500 N. Marketplace Drive, Centerville, UT 84014, USA. The statutory authority permitting this award without providing full and open competition is AIDAR 706.302-70(b)(5), Citation; 40 U.S.C. 113 (e)(2), An award for the continued provision of highly specialized services when award to another resource would result in substantial additional costs to the government or would result in unacceptable delays. MTC International Development Holding Co. LLC is currently delivering the requirements under existing contract AID-263-C-16-00002. USAID/Egypt anticipates expanding the scope of activities under the existing contract, extend the period of performance by one year to October 30, 2020 and increase the Total Estimated Cost of the contract. The current period of performance is four years inclusive of one option year that has already been exercised. The period of performance is from November 1, 2015 through October 31, 2019.
