The purpose of the USAID/Haiti Resilient Environment activity is to increase community resilience in the Haiti Northern Resilience Focus Zone (RFZ) by protecting and restoring ecosystem services, using a watershed management approach. The activity will aim to build on foundation of the USAID/Haiti Reforestation Project, hone in on the most critically degraded landscapes affecting the most vulnerable populations, and use economic incentives to drive sustainable landscape management changes.
