Request for Quotation (RFQ) 720-663-19-Q-00002, solicitation to hire a firm for utilization of Household Economy Approach (HEA) Baseline Results and Data Dear Prospective Bidders: United States Agency for International Development (USAID) mission to Ethiopia is soliciting for a competitive firm fixed price Purchase Order to hire qualified institutions/contractors to render service for utilization of Household Economy Approach (HEA) in Ethiopia. The institutions/contractors shall demonstrate substantive knowledge of the subject matter. The successful company will be granted a purchase order to provide services as described in the Statement of Work (SOW). If awarded, the contractor must meet the requirements and provide the service within the final price and dates. If interested, please provide USAID/Ethiopia with quotations at the earliest opportunity, but no later than the closing date. The proposal should include the following: 1. Technical Quotation 2. Price Quotation The attached SOW is to be accomplished in full. This solicitation in no way obligates USAID/Ethiopia to award a purchase order nor does it commits USAID/Ethiopia to pay any cost incurred in the preparation and submission of the proposal. Do not incur any expense or begin work until notified that a contract has been awarded to you, in writing or before receiving the purchase order.
