Issuance Date: March 29, 2019 Questions Due: April 4, 2019 Closing Date: April 19, 2019 Closing Time: 4:00 p.m., Hanoi time Subject: Request for Quotes (RFQ) No. 72044019Q00001, Country Development Cooperation Strategy (CDCS) Support, USAID/Vietnam The United States Agency for International Development (USAID) is seeking quotation for the services required in the attached Statement of Work (SOW). These services will provide support to USAID/Vietnam Program Development Office (PDO) to design the new Country Development Cooperation Strategy (CDCS) for 2020 - 2024. This potential Purchase Order (PO) will be for a firm fixed price contract starting o/a June 1, 2019 to November 30, 2019. This procurement will be conducted under full and open competition procedures, pursuant to Part 13 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR). Please refer to Sections 13 and 14 for information regarding proposal submissions. Offerors should take into account the expected delivery time required by the proposal transmission method they choose, and they are responsible for ensuring proposals are received at USAID by the due date and time as specified on the cover page. Faxed proposals are not acceptable, nor will they be reviewed or evaluated. Please note that an individual or organization submitting a quote in response to this solicitation must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) (https://www.sam.gov) in order to conduct business with the U.S. Government. A successful registration in SAM means that the individual/organization has obtained a DUNS number and has secured an NCAGE. The NAICS code for this contract is 541990.
