Amendment 2: USAID/Southern Africa Countering Wildlife Crime (CWC) Activity, RFP 72067424R00005 provides responses to questions posed during the open question period and to modify the RFP accordingly (see attachments). The United States Agency for International Development (USAID) is seeking proposals to provide delivery services and technical assistance to support USAID/Southern Africa’s Countering Wildlife Crime (CWC) activity (Activity) as described in the Request for Proposals (RFP) 72067424R00005. USAID anticipates awarding one (1) cost-plus-fixed-fee (CPFF) term type contract for five (5) years (Contract), to the responsible offeror whose offer conforms to the solicitation requirements and is the most advantageous to the US Government, price and other factors considered. The procurement will be conducted through full and open competition, under which any type of organization (large or small commercial [for profit] firms, educational institutions, and nonprofit organizations) is eligible to compete. The procedures set forth in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 15 apply.
