Pursuant to the authority in the Administrator’s Expedited Procurement Package (EPP) for the USAID West Bank & Gaza Mission, a Justification and Approval for Other than Full and Open Competition (J&A) was approved by the Contracting Officer. An IDIQ contract was awarded to AECOM Technical Services Inc. in the amount of $100,000,000 with a 3 year period of performance. The purpose of this IDIQ Contract is to directly support the USG goal of achieving a negotiated solution to the Israeli-Palestinian conflict of two states living side by side in peace and security. Its main purpose is to provide professional A&E services for the development of infrastructure in the West Bank, Gaza, East Jerusalem, and Israel to support the USAID/WBG Mission in its efforts to empower Palestinians to build thriving communities, promote inclusive development, and advance a two-state solution.
