USAID/Cambodia has developed a DRAFT Statement of Work (SOW) for an All Children Reading-Cambodia 2 Activity (final name TBD). The purpose of this RFI is to provide industry and stakeholders an opportunity to review, comment, suggest and enhance areas in the SOW. The RFI is anticipated to result in a finalization of the SoW that may lead to a formal Request for Proposals for potential offerors. The potential period of performance is five years. The Draft SOW and questions are provided in the attached RFI.
