This Request for Information (RFI) is issued for the purpose of providing academia, industry and stakeholders an opportunity to review, comment, suggest, and enhance areas in the attached Concept Note (CN) for a potential USAID/El Salvador Higher Education activity. As appropriate, USAID/El Salvador will incorporate responses to the RFI into the development of the final activity design that may lead to a formal solicitation or announcement. The duration of a potential award will be up to five (5) years.
