USAID/Moldova invites the public to submit comments on the DRAFT Statement of Work (SOW), including, but not limited to, comments on feasibility of activities and the most appropriate contracting mechanism. These comments will be taken into consideration in the design of the final activity. We have provided the draft SOW in English (Annex A) and Romanian (Annex B). The English language version of this draft SOW shall prevail in case of any inconsistencies with the translated version.
