The U.S Agency for International Development (USAID), Bureau for Humanitarian Assistance (BHA)is issuing this Request for Information (RFI). This RFI will attempt to: Obtain information on the level of capacity of potential bidders relative to the task and objectives described in the draft summary Statement of Work (SOW) for program monitoring, verification and reporting; and Solicit and obtain input, knowledge, and best practices from potential contractors interested in providing program monitoring, verification, and reporting of humanitarian assistance programs in Venezuela. USAID is conducting market research to determine the most suitable acquisition strategy for an upcoming activity monitoring, verification, and reporting award. USAID requests that any interested organization review the draft Scope of Work in Attachment One and provide responses to the questions contained in Attachment Two. Please note that USAID is particularly interested in determining capacity inside Venezuela - including registration, partnerships with local entities, and using local capacity.
