REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) Accountability and Risk Management Support Services Activity Date Issued: February 7, 2019 Response Due Date/Time: February 27, 2019 5:00 pm EST Subject: RFI-72061719-ARMSS Accountability and Risk Management Support Services Activity USAID/Uganda is contemplating an IDIQ award with the goal of strengthening the accountability and risk management of its development assistance activities in Uganda. This Request for Information (RFI) is issued for two purposes: 1. To solicit comments and recommendations on the clarity and feasibility of the Statement of Work from the industry; and 2. To solicit expressions of interest and capability statements from the industry. In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation section 15.201 part (e), responses to this notice are not offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract as this is a Request for Information notice only. Not responding to this notice does not preclude participation if any future RFP is issued. Responding to this RFI does not give any advantage to any firm or organization in any subsequent competition. This notice is issued solely for information and planning purposes - it does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP) or a promise to issue an RFP in the future. This Notice does not commit the U.S. Government to contract for any supply or service whatsoever. USAID does not intend to award a contract based solely on a submission in response to this Request for Information. Responders are advised that the U.S. Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this Notice; any/all costs associated with responding to this Notice will be solely at the interested party's expense.
