The purposes of this amendment are to extend responses due date and closing time to January 31, 2020, 4:00 PM EST, and provide the online form link https://forms.gle/zAFDbY9xur5DadwNA: for submission of responses. Organizations that have previously submitted a response are not required to re-submit the information. Issuance of this amendment does not constitute a commitment on the part of the U.S Government to make an award nor does it commit the government to pay for the cost incurred in the preparation and submission of the responses. Except as provided herein, all terms of the original RFI issued on December 17, 2019, remain unchanged.
