The United States Government, represented by the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID), is issuing this RFI for interested parties to provide comments, opinions, and recommendations on managing a proposed activity with the preliminary title of “Local Market Access and Innovative Finance Activity”. The purpose of this activity is for USAID to acquire support services and technical assistance on a range of market access and innovative financing expertise to improve global health outcomes. It is envisioned that the proposed activity will have a Facilitation Partner as the Prime contractor that can select specialized sub-recipients for a given activity across a consortium through sub-contracts or grants under contract (GUC).
