The U.S. Agency for International Development's Mission to Djibouti (USAID/Djibouti) is in the process of designing a new Early Childhood Education (ECE) activity, henceforth referred to as “the activity”, to support Djibouti’s efforts to improve inclusive, equitable access to quality ECE.
