The purpose of this Request for Information (RFI) is to collect written information on Community Based Education (CBE) programs to address the issue of out-of-school children in the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan. The information will be used by U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) to identify major issues in the implementation of Community Based Education/Accelerated Education programs and improve future development outcomes. This RFI is published in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 10 and FAR 15.201(e).
