This Request for Information (RFI) relates to an activity with the preliminary title of “Furthering Health Reform in Ukraine (FHR).” The purpose of this RFI is to: 1. Obtain details concerning interest in USAID’s anticipated requirements; and 2. Obtain public comments on the DRAFT Statement of Work (SOW) to inform the design process. *NOTE: Submissions from respondents must be limited to a maximum of 3-pages, 12-point font Times New Roman. Any pages over this limit will be discarded. This Request for Information (RFI) is issued solely for planning purposes and is published in accordance with FAR Part 10 and FAR 15.201(e). This RFI is open for comments from any interested US and Non-US Organizations. This is not a solicitation or a call for proposals. Please do not submit proposals, resumes or promotional materials, as they will be discarded.
