The United States Government, represented by the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) in Moldova, is in the process of designing a new activity entitled Moldova Institutional and Structural Reforms Activity (MISRA). We are seeking public comments, clarifications, and suggestions on the DRAFT Statement of Work (SOW) to inform the design process. Pursuant to FAR 52.215-3 “Request for Information or Solicitation for Planning Purposes”, responses to this request for information are not binding on the U.S. Government and do not obligate USAID to issue a solicitation, nor does it commit USAID to pay any cost incurred in the preparation and submission of comments.
