USAID is publishing this Request for Information (RFI) pursuant to FAR 52.215-3 to seek public comments, clarifications, and suggestions on the DRAFT Statement of Objectives (SOO). This announcement is an RFI issued solely for information and planning purposes and does not constitute a Request for Proposals (RFP). Responses to this RFI are not binding on the U.S. Government and do not obligate USAID to issue a solicitation, nor does it commit USAID to pay any cost incurred in the preparation and submission of comments.
