USAID/Ethiopia intents to execute a non-competitive cost extension (not to exceed nine months, from January 30, 2020 to September 30, 2020) with total estimated cost increase not to exceed $855,000.00 to existing award number AID-663-C-15-00001 titled READ Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) which is being implemented by American Institutes for Research (AIR). The Contact was awarded on January 1, 2015 with an end date of January 30, 2020. The additional funds and time extension will allow AIR to: 1) Complete a holistic assessment and set standards for Mother Tongue (MT) and English teacher competencies; 2) Conduct a desk review on Multilingual General Education Systems (MGES); and 3) Conduct a desk review on Pastoral Education service delivery. This notice serves to inform the industry players of this intended procurement action and welcomes their feedback.
