This presolicitation is amanded to read: USAID/Egypt signed a Purchase Order (PO) #72026320P00045 with Chemonics Egypt to provide technical assistance to USAID through the following interventions: 1) implementation of rapid stocktaking; 2) development of market research for the procurement of 20 buses; and 3) execution of a Request for Quotations (RFQ) process to include a report with the final responses for the procurement of 20 buses. The nature of the activities under this expansion (executed via modification #2) will facilitate the procurement of twenty buses and ensuring their successful delivery to the final destination. This is a restricted eligibility for a modification to increase the total estimated cost (TEC) for an existing purchase order, in accordance with FAR 13.501. No RFP will be posted following this synopsis.
