The U.S. Government, represented by the United States Agency for International Development Mission to Ethiopia (USAID/Ethiopia), contemplates issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP) to award a contract for the implementation of the USAID Ethiopia Highlands Resilience Platform for Adaptive Learning (R-PAL) Activity that is envisioned to be an agile learning, research, and collaboration platform designed to facilitate joint action planning, enable adaptive management practices, and allow for evidence-based decision-making for the Ethiopian Highlands. Prospective potential Offerors are advised that this pre-solicitation notice is not a Request for Proposal (RFP). This notice does not constitute a request for proposal, request for quote, or invitation for bid. USAID does not intend to award a contract, nor does it intend to pay for any costs incurred in response to this notice. (see attachment for details)
