CSP is a single award IDIQ Contract implemented by Chemonics International with a total estimated ceiling (TEC) of $80,000,000. The CSP IDIQ was awarded on August 14, 2018, has an ordering period of five years through August 13, 2023 and a duration of seven years through August 13, 2025. Task Order performance may continue up to two years after the ordering period, but must be completed no later than the end of the period of performance of the IDIQ. The CSP IDIQ provides a broad range of technical assistance and support services to help municipalities and underserved and vulnerable communities in providing better public services and enhanced economic opportunities that improve lives and contribute to reducing community tensions primarily in Lebanon’s North, South and Bekaa regions. Under modification P00003 to the CSP IDIQ contract, the ceiling of the IDIQ was increased by $20 million from the current ceiling of $80,000,000 to a new ceiling of $100,000,000. To date, the total value of the five task orders issued under the CSP IDIQ and described above is $79,950,000; and $50,000 is committed under the IDIQ. Therefore, the IDIQ ceiling has been reached. The period of performance and the ordering period of the IDIQ will remain the same and will not be impacted by this modification.
