The award type is Firm Fixed Price (FFP). Based on external research and consultation with other Federal agencies utilizing similar services, USAID believes that the Rape, Abuse and Incest National Network (RAINN) is the only vendor capable of successfully meeting the Government’s requirement. RAINN is the nation’s largest anti-sexual violence organization. RAINN has operated sexual violence crisis hotlines since 1994 and in that time has supported more than 4.5 million survivors/impacted persons, and worked with a wide range of organizations, including multiple Federal agencies, to include the Department of Defense, National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, and Central Intelligence Agency. Similar to USAID, these other Federal agencies determined that RAINN was uniquely positioned to respond to the Government’s requirements.
